Editorial policy

1.Aims & scope

The journal accepts works in two parallel thematic tracks:

• Law — legal analysis, policy briefs, legal regulation of education, legal awareness.
• Education — non-formal education, facilitation, training practice, educational management.

2.Peer review

Single-blind or open peer review at the editor’s discretion. Simplified review process with one reviewer per manuscript.

• Manuscript submitted via the online system; automated plagiarism check.
• Editor assigns one reviewer with relevant expertise; reviewer has 14 days.
• Editor decides: accept / revision requested / reject. Revision window: 21 days.

3.Publication ethics

This journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All listed authors must have made substantial contributions; ghost and gift authorship are not permitted. Authors declare conflicts of interest; reviewers and editors recuse themselves when conflicted.

4.Plagiarism

All manuscripts are checked for originality (Crossref Similarity Check). Similarity scores above 20% are flagged for manual review. Confirmed plagiarism results in immediate rejection.

5.Retraction

Published articles may be retracted in cases of confirmed plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, or serious ethical violations. Retraction notices are published with explanation; retracted articles remain accessible but clearly marked.

6.AI use

Authors may use AI tools for language editing and technical assistance if disclosed. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of their work.

7.Open access & licensing

• Full open access with no embargo; no APC for authors; free for readers.
• Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright.

8.Languages & frequency

• Manuscripts in Ukrainian and English; abstracts and keywords in both languages.
• 2 issues per year (5–8 articles per issue).
