Published materials are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may read, cite, and share freely with proper attribution.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Transferring access to third parties is prohibited.

Submissions

By submitting a manuscript you confirm that you are the author or have consent from all co-authors; the material does not infringe third-party rights; it is not under concurrent submission elsewhere. If accepted, you agree to CC BY 4.0 publication.

Prohibited

Plagiarism or undisclosed fully AI-generated submissions
Attempts to bypass protection measures (rate limiting, Turnstile, etc.)
Automated mass downloads or scraping of the site
Identity fraud during login or correspondence

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved at the registered seat of the founder.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version with an updated revision date is always on this page.
