Editorial board

The editorial board is being assembled on the basis of a balance between education-law specialists, practitioner lawyers and education-policy researchers. Below is the current composition; it will be expanded as the board is finalised.

Anna Denis

Editor-in-chief· PhD in Philosophy

PhD in Philosophy (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv); also holds a degree in law. Over 15 years of experience in democratic governance, human rights and civil society development. Strategic Advisor at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES, 2018–2025), UNDP international expert on gender and elections, GIZ consultant. Has worked in Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Uzbekistan and other countries. Interests: human rights, civic education, strategic planning and institutional capacity.

Mykhailo Gorkusha

Founder, editorial board member

Founder of the journal and Executive Director of the Charity Fund "Education for the Future". Over 15 years in internet law, digital rights, cybersecurity and digital transformation. Master of Law; research focus — administrative and information law. Has worked with international and public institutions on digital innovation, cyber education and cybersecurity — including IFES Ukraine, CRDF Global and parliamentary development programmes. Founder of the "Internet Law UA" resource, co-founder of Dobra.Dolja. BRIDGE-accredited trainer. Interests: digital rights, cyber literacy, e-democracy, non-formal education and facilitation.
